DeLargy has over two decades’ experience in international development and humanitarian assistance with a focus on population and development, migration,  gender and development, former head of United Nations Population Fund’s humanitarian programs, specialist in Eritrea, Sudan, and Ethiopia, assisting ASU’s Education for Humanity initiative in bringing access to higher education to camp-based and urban refugees in Lebanon, Jordan, Uganda, and Ethiopia.
